 Central Valley Referee Academy was founded in 2017 by a 4 local referees in Kern County (Bakersfield) that aspire and had the hunger for local Referee knowledge grow. 

Central Valley Referee Academy goal is to create and grow a qualified and well-trained group of referees in Kern County. Our members our instructed at and held to the highest standards with the intent of maintaining a safe and enjoyable playing environment for Soccer Players. Working together with Elite Assessor and Instructors and prestige's tournaments for the teaching and learning of our members.
